- Quick and efficient, usually complete in a single day.
- Removes trip and safety hazards.
- Concrete lifting eliminates the large steps created at the entrances of garages.
- Helps improve water run off.
- There is little or no disruption to the landscaping.
- Mudjacking can also fill void spaces preventing wildlife from nesting.
- Mudjacking can also help prevent concrete from falling and cracking by filling and stabilizing pads before they move.
Causes of fallen concrete.
- Water eroding at the concrete base.
- Too much weight exurted on specific points while the base is saturated with water.
- Ground heaving due to the heating and cooling cycles experienced in our climate.
- Improper compaction of the base before pouring the concrete.
How do we repair fallen concrete?
There are four steps we go through to restore concrete pads back to their original height.
Step 1. A pattern of 1-3/4 inch holes are cored throughout the sunken slab.
Step 2. A slurry of clay sand and cement is pumped under the slab. When a void is filled, the void becomes pressurized and hydraulically raises the slab slowly to the desired height.

Step 3. The holes are then patched with cement.

Step 4. The area is then pressure washed and cleaned up as the crew packs up. |
